Brought to their attention many times through written complaint. As a publisher of untruthful reviews, this is not good enough from this dominant corporate force, Google Inc. Google are untrustworthy & irresponsible as they allow fake, untrue reviews stand, when told of the lies. Google allow lies to remain public, even after being brought to their attention. When the lies are brought to Google's attention, they do nothing, fob you off, repeatedly. Because Google allows lies to be told about a business by vexatious, unscrupulous, crank reviewers whose sole agenda is to damage the reputation of that company they lie about. In my work I have very bad experience of Google Reviews. And I just, real simply wrote, “please leave us a review”. You’re probably not going to get a local number. Now, the one thing with being a free tool, Zapier does not have the number of phone numbers that you might have through a Twilio or some other platform, so keep that in mind. And then all I did, I set up SMS by Zapier.
I will drop the link to this Zap, which you can actually take into your own Zapier account. So I’ve already set all this up, and I will drop this down in the comments below. And what I’m going to have it do is, I’m going to have it send a text message with that Google review link automatically to my phone. So my trigger for this was ‘Event Ended’ meaning, at the conclusion of an event on my calendar, this next step is going to happen.
